There comes a time in our life when we must lose fat quickly.

The problem lies in the fact that usually we did not put the fat on quickly.

This means that it is unreasonable to expect to lose it quickly.

However sometimes we must at least make a serious atempt to do this.

Usually the reason that we need to is because we hoped that life would carry on without the need for drastic action.

The safe way is to change our diet so that we eliminate the foods that caused us the problem.

Most people do not want to believe that their food quality is rubbish - fair enough!

The problem lies in the fact that even if our food quality is very good - we can still screw it all up by adding too much gluten, dodgy fats

In a very basic way the simpler we keep our food the less damage it can do to us.

That is another way of saying that the more processed our food is the more damage it is probably doing to our health.

Don't believe it - then avoid procesed food for a month a see how you feel.

Exercise is an important part, but if you are unfit and unhealthy, get the eating part right first and then increase the exercise level to suit your personal needs.
